Hi, I'm Amy

A Plant-Based Health Coach certified by Food Revolution Network.

I help vegan and plant-based changemakers reclaim their health, resilience, and purpose - so they can sustain their mission with strength and joy.

My coaching integrates the power of whole-foods, plant-based living with a Woman-Centered Coaching approach, supporting a transformation that goes far deeper than behaviour change.

Because being vegan isn’t just about eating a plant-based diet or compassion for animals - it’s also about extending that compassion to yourself.

I know what burnout feels like.

And I know that when we learn to care for ourselves as deeply as we care for our mission, everything changes.

What the 12-week journey looks like

1. Focus & Foundations

We begin by exploring what’s challenging you most - and where your greatest potential for growth lies. Together, we’ll create a personalised coaching focus aligned with your vision and deepest desires.

2. Releasing & Rebuilding

Through guided conversations and powerful coaching tools, you’ll uncover beliefs and habits that no longer serve you. You’ll start replacing them with thoughts, behaviours, and routines that support your energy and your heart.

3. Integration & Identity Shift

You’ll begin to feel safe in your own power. Safe to speak your truth. Safe to care deeply - without drowning in it.

This is where you move beyond surviving and begin to thrive as a grounded, influential changemaker.

The Empowered Wellness for Change program helps you move beyond exhaustion and emotional pain into a new sense of inner steadiness, energy and purpose.

Over 12 deeply supportive sessions (1.5 hours each, over 3–4 months), you’ll learn to:

✨ Feel emotionally safe expressing your vegan values in any space

✨ Reconnect with your vision and purpose - and trust your role in it

✨ Strengthen your body and mind through sustainable wellness habits

✨ Transform guilt and confusion into clarity and quiet influence

By the end of the journey, you’ll feel lighter, stronger, and ready to live - and lead - with peace and purpose.
