I help changemakers reclaim their health, resilience, and purpose - so they can sustain their mission with strength and joy.

My coaching integrates the power of whole-foods, plant-based living with a Woman-Centered Coaching approach, supporting a transformation that goes far deeper than behaviour change.

Because being vegan isn’t just about eating a plant-based diet or compassion for animals - it’s also about extending that compassion to yourself.
